Amy Lashway, MA, LPC, NCC Founder, President Treatment Coordination and Advocacy; Co-Founder, Vice President Treatment Consultants; Founder, Executive Director Solutions Treatment Center
Amy is a licensed therapist and a nationally certified counselor and has been in the field of mental health and addictions since 1989. She graduated from The University of Massachusetts in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and later from The University of New Mexico in 1997 with a master's degree in counselor education.
She has trained in a variety of settings which include residential treatment centers, crisis shelters, psychiatric hospitals, private practice, and intensive workshops. For nine years she worked at The Life Healing Center of Santa Fe as Director of Admissions and Aftercare, National Marketing Coordinator, a primary, individual and family therapist and Director of Medical Records.
Amy has successfully combined her extensive knowledge of eating disorders, substance abuse, sexual abuse, emotional trauma, affective disorders, sexual compulsivity and personality disorders with the skills of clinical assessment, individual treatment planning and implementation, program development, marketing and quality assurance.
She has over 20 years of management experience and places a premium on the team approach to treatment.
Lynn Sucher, MC, LPC, CEDS, NCC Co-Founder, President Treatment Consultants; Vice President Treatment Coordination and Advocacy
Lynn is a licensed therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with extensive training and experience in the field of eating disorders, addictions and treatment facility management. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and her master's of counseling from Arizona State University. As a former corporate vice president in the field of broadcasting, Lynn has more than twenty years experience in business management and marketing.
In the substance abuse and the eating disorder arena, Lynn trained at The Meadows, Rosewood Ranch, and Psychological Counseling Services. She has worked in in-patient settings, private practice and has served as program director for post treatment supervision.
Most recently, she served as executive director of Rebecca's House, a transitional living program in Orange County, C.A. that focuses on eating disorders. She is president and co-founder of Treatment Consultants and works with eating disorder and substance abuse facilities around the country.
Becca Schwilling, BA Director of Operations, Treatment Coordinator and Utilization Review Specialist
A summa cum laude graduate of the College of Santa Fe, Becca first entered the mental health profession in milieu services at The Life Healing Center of Santa Fe, gaining experience with trauma resolution, substance and process addictions, crisis management, and psychiatric medications.
With a background in art therapy, Becca calls upon her experience in the fields of mental health and holistic medicine, as well as personal and professional experience in addictions and mental health issues, to offer compassionate understanding of the challenges and struggles that clients face.
Becca extends support, education and coaching to clients and their families as they move through the process of recovery, utilizing an aptitude for creating genuine, human connection with others. Becca has been an integral member of the Treatment Consultants team for over four years.
Melanie Harth, MS, PhD, RMT Director of Clinical Services and Program Development; Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Dr. Harth is trained as a psychologist. She holds a graduate degree in clinical psychology and has an interdisciplinary doctorate with a special focus on the synergy of art and healing.
Dr. Harth is also an artist, a writer, and a subtle-energy healer. Her clinical background includes working with high-risk adolescents in experiential wilderness programs in the Rocky Mountains and as an artist with people of mental illness at The Living Museum at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, in Queens, N.Y.
Jesse Hoover, MS, DOM, Dipl. OM, Clinical Chinese Herbalist Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Jesse Hoover is a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a Nationally Certified Diplomat in Oriental Medicine, with a specialization in Clinical Chinese Herbal Medicine. Besides providing acupuncture at Solutions Treatment Center, Jesse has a private practice treating internal medicine complaints. His special interest is in digestive disorders and the mind-body overlap; that is, treating digestion as a way to resolve mental-health problems. After completing school, Dr. Hoover apprenticed for a year focusing on advanced clinical diagnosis and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He has been in solo practice for 5 years.
Jacci Reynolds, MHS, Yoga Therapist Thai Yoga Therapy
Jacci is dedicated to creating an environment of compassion, permission, acceptance and patience, guiding each individual in the experience of being present in his or her practice and life. She is a professional-level Pranakriya and Kripalu yoga instructor, as well as a yoga therapist. Additionally, she travels around the country leading 200-Hour Pranakriya and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification programs for the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts. Jacci has a Masters of Health Science degree from The George Washington University and practices Thai Yoga Therapy. She brings a strong sense of self and humor to her teaching.
Nikki Janssen, BA, RAS, CAC Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Nikki holds certifications in both California and Arizona as an addiction specialist and counselor. She is also an intervention specialist.
In her work as an addiction counselor, she has worked at such prestigious treatment facilities as Cottonwood, Cirque Lodge and New Directions for Women. She brings extensive management experience, serving as Program Director and Director of Admissions.
Nikki is also committed to service work, participating as a panelist in a variety of forums, and conducting volunteer work with prison inmates.
Pandora Kiss, MEd, MA Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Pandora has over 20 years experience working with addictions, trauma and mental health issues as a dual diagnosis counselor and an admissions coordinator. Additionally, she has served in the court system as a domestic relations counselor working with divorcing couples regarding the visitation rights, support, and custody of minor children.
Pandora has a master's degree in education, focusing on family and education. Her second master's degree is in applied psychology, with a clinical focus. This combination of education and experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of populations in need of treatment and how to initiate and maximize their insurance coverage.
Edward McGovern III, BS Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Edward is currently completing his master's degree in counseling psychology at Southwestern College. He has over three years of in-depth experience working as a counselor and team leader at The Life Healing Center in Santa Fe. This included hundreds of hours of direct experience working with individuals suffering from chemical dependency, trauma, eating disorders, sex addiction, and DID.
His clinical focus includes an emphasis on mens' empowerment issues, and healing men to re-define masculinity in contemporary holistic terms.
Kim McIntosh, MS Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Kim has a master's degree in psychology, with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy. She works from a solution-focused model, helping clients determine and reach realistic goals.
Kim is experienced in working with individuals, groups and families in both social work and therapeutic settings. Her background includes having worked as a provider of state-funded HIV testing in a hospital environment, as well as counseling and education around safety practices regarding infectious diseases. She has additional experience in medical case management.
Kim believes that each of us have the resources and unique solutions to create the life we want and become the author of our own future successes.
Darryl Newman, BA, Treatment Coordinator/Intake and Utilization Review Specialist
Darryl is currently working toward a master’s degree in counseling at New Mexico Highlands University. He has extensive experience in journalism and mass communications, and is a native of New Mexico.
His background includes having been the assistant director at Bienvenidos Outreach Inc. Food Pantry, in Santa Fe. With an emphasis in LPC and rehabilitation counseling, Darryl is particularly interested in counseling families, at-risk youth and those who struggle with substance abuse. He gravitates toward a person-centered and existential theoretical counseling orientation.
