Amy LashwayAmy Lashway, MA, LPC, NCC                               Founder, Executive Director Solutions Treatment Center, Founder, President Treatment Coordination and Advocacy

Amy is a licensed therapist and a nationally certified counselor who has been in the field of mental health and addictions since 1989. She graduated from The University of Massachusetts in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and later from The University of New Mexico in 1997 with a master’s degree in counselor education.

Amy has experience in a variety of settings which include residential treatment centers, crisis shelters, psychiatric hospitals, private practice, and intensive workshops, in addition to her work in individualized treatment placement services. During her career she has served as an Executive Director, Assistant Director, Director of Admissions and Aftercare, National Marketing Coordinator, a primary, individual and family therapist and Director of Medical Records. Amy has successfully combined her extensive knowledge of eating disorders, substance abuse, sexual abuse, emotional trauma, affective disorders, sexual compulsivity and personality disorders with the skills of clinical assessment, individual treatment planning and implementation, program development, marketing and quality assurance. She has been a consultant in the mental health and addictions industry since 2003 and has been an advisor to some of the nation’s most well-regarded facilities and programs.

Amy has more than 25 years of management experience and places a premium on the Whole Person approach to treatment. In 2011 she fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening her own treatment center dedicated to healing emotional trauma and improving the overall quality of life for each and every client.


Becca Schwilling, B.A.
Director of Operations

A summa cum laude graduate of the College of Santa Fe, Becca first entered the mental health profession in milieu services at The Life Healing Center of Santa Fe, gaining experience with trauma resolution, substance and process addictions, crisis management, and psychiatric medications.

With a background in art therapy and business administration, Becca calls upon her experience in the fields of mental health, holistic medicine, and business operations, as well as personal and professional experience in addictions and mental health issues, to offer a compassionate understanding of the challenges and struggles that clients face.

Becca is committed to assisting the Solutions team in developing and implementing systems of administration that support clients and their families as they move through the process of recovery, utilizing an aptitude for creating genuine, human connection with others. Becca has been an integral member of the Treatment Solutions team since its inception.


Darryl Newman, B.A. 
Assistant Director

Darryl has a background in journalism and mass communications and is a native of New Mexico. He comes to Solutions Treatment Center with experience in nonprofit management and is passionate about helping individuals obtain mental health and substance abuse services.



Jacquelyn Williams
Executive Assistant

Jacquelyn assists the Executive Director with a many diverse projects in addition to performing administrative functions. She has usually taken “the road less traveled” and therefore has lived in England, Europe, India, and Morocco as well as on both coasts in the U.S.  Her path has taken her to pursue diverse careers such as nurse, surgical assistant, estate manager, non-profit event production and office manager. She has a love for riding Peruvian Paso horses, crafting with gemstones and spiritual studies.

Monique Baca, AA
Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Monique is an essential part of the Solutions team, with an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and extended family by strengthening family ties and creating new memories.  By taking pride in her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem solving she helps to maintain an efficient and professional work environment. She has a deep sense of gratitude and finds inner peace when she is utilizing her knowledge of accounting principles to help clients gain access to treatment and better understand the insurance world.

Rebecca Wilhoit, BA, CPC
Insurance Claims, Billing & Coding Specialist

Rebecca works as the Insurance Claims, Billing & Coding Specialist for Solutions Treatment Center. She is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC, and holds a Certificate in Medical Coding and Billing. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies. She has worked in a variety of medical settings which include pediatrics, crisis pregnancy, and behavioral health. Her day-to-day includes working with insurance companies on behalf of Solutions and is delighted when she can help patients receive the care they need.


Karla Jimenez, B.A.   
Intake and Utilization Review Specialist

Karla is responsible for providing a compassionate ear to callers in sensitive situations, and giving guidance in regard to treatment needs. Karla also uses her case management skills to ensure our members receive as much coverage through their insurance providers as possible.  She has been working in the mental health field for more than six years and has enjoyed every moment of it! In her spare time, she loves to run with her pup, cross-stitch, and go on long hikes with her partner.
